Sue Johnson - VP, RRAM Services

Joining the company in 1989, Sue has been integral in the growth of Shrader & Martinez Construction where she helped develop the accounting and compliance methods. She worked her way through college, earning her B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting from Old Dominion University, and became an expert in tax laws, state licensing, and construction issues. In 2015, Sue was selected to lead RRAM Services and she has led them to increase sales by 40%. In her free time, Sue enjoys hiking, riding dune cycles, camping, and playing with her grandchildren.

Derek Giest - Director of Operations & Business Development

With 18 years in the facilities management industry, Derek has held positions as both the client and vendor, which contributes to his thorough understanding about his client’s particular needs. Utilizing his B.A. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from Northern Arizona University, he enjoys building and maintaining relationships with clients. His signature client is Diamond Resorts International where he manages larger remodels and renovations projects. After one too many injuries, Derek hung up his motocross boots and traded them in for a suit and tie. As an avid motocross/supercross fan now, Derek enjoys going to as many races as he can and watching them live on TV. He also spends his free time at the gym, hiking, and mountain biking in the red rocks of Sedona, AZ.

Adam Cook - Project Manager

Adam is a professional with over 14 years of experience in maintenance facilitation and 20 years in crew management. He likes to build strong relationships with clients while providing professional and timely service. He values the high level of trust he has earned with his clients Tesla, Diamond Resorts, 100% Pure Cosmetics, Johnny Was and Amazon. Adam earned a B.S. from Northern Arizona University in Parks Management. In his personal time, he enjoys the outdoors, being with his family, restoring classic cars, travel, and all things related to science.

Heather Hedge - Project Manager

Heather brings over 30 years’ experience in the facilities and property maintenance industry, from owning and operating two glass companies. She has been with RRAM Services for 18 years as one of the senior project managers. Anyone who has worked with Heather knows that she excels in detail and communication with clients, customers, and vendors. Specializing in high-end clients and fixture manufacturers, Heather manages their everyday service, maintenance, nationwide rollouts, fixture repairs, and other challenging projects. Signature clients include Ben Bridge, Pandora, Brinks Armored, Concentra, Warby Parker, as well as fixture manufacturers like Grand + Benedicts, IDX, Forte Fixtures, and Wood Technologies. When Heather is not working, she enjoys going for motorcycle rides with her husband of 33 years and joining her sisters for their annual week in Las Vegas.

Karen Heuman - Project Manager

Karen brings 18 years of construction experience and has spent 9 years with RRAM Services. She is exceptionally strong in process organization and structure, skills used daily with her signature client, Charles Schwab & Co, and their many locations. Karen volunteers for her local library in Camp Verde and helped to build a new facility. When not volunteering, she enjoys her modest wine vineyard and handcrafting signature wines. She is also known for rescuing and treating feral cats and finding them homes.

Alisha Van Den Hul - Project Manager

Alisha came to RRAM Services from the insurance field, where she was a commercial account manager for the trades and vendors for 15 years. As such, she learned to think critically and quickly and to pay attention to details and to ensure that her clients had the best coverage at the best price. It was this work ethic that helped Alisha become a project manager with RRAM. She is responsible for Charles Schwab & Co locations and for Tesla. In her free time, Alisha enjoys being a baseball mom for her two daughters in addition to spending time with family and planning trips.

Troy Coke - Project Manager

Troy’s facility experience started early, assisting his father in building inspections and plumbing. His experience served him well when he worked for the food industry for 25 years, where he was responsible for multi-million products in shipping, receiving, and scheduling, and for a crew of 35 people. As a RRAM Services project manager, his signature client is Charles Schwab & Co for which he services 79 locations. In his free time, Troy restores cars and trucks and enjoys spending time with his family.
